You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to create a gol55 account. Providing false age or residency information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending winnings.
All gol55 account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply as set out in the payment terms.
All promotional bonuses and free bets are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are consumed first when bets are placed. Attempting to abuse bonus structures is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Each player may hold only one active gol55 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent bonus restrictions, exploit promotional offers, or for any other reason — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
gol55 is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing the first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
Fraudulent chargebacks, use of automated betting software (bots), collusion, match-fixing, exploitation of software errors, and money laundering are all strictly prohibited. gol55 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and recover funds where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the gol55 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. gol55 enforces this requirement during registration and again during the KYC verification process. Any Account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawal requests will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may be held pending investigation before being returned to the depositing payment method.
You must be a resident of Indonesia to register and maintain a gol55 Account. gol55 is designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market. Members residing outside Indonesia may be subject to additional verification requirements or, where local law prohibits access to online gaming platforms, may be denied access entirely.
By creating an Account, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that your use of the gol55 platform is for personal recreational purposes only. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, and accounts operated by professional gambling services are not permitted.
Each individual may hold only one registered gol55 Account. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Where gol55 detects that a Member holds or has previously held multiple Accounts, all Accounts may be suspended and any Bonus Balances and winnings derived from Bonus Balances may be forfeited.
To access the full range of gol55 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number. gol55 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided at registration.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to gol55 is accurate and kept up to date. If any of your registration details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you must update your Account profile promptly. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gol55 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gol55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact gol55 support immediately.
You may request the closure of your gol55 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
gol55 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing the first withdrawal request. The KYC process requires you to submit the following documentation:
gol55 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During periods of high demand, verification may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified via email once your KYC review is complete. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is approved will be queued and processed upon successful verification.
gol55 reserves the right to request updated or additional KYC documentation at any time — including for large withdrawals, changes to payment methods, or where suspicious activity is detected on an Account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary Account suspension until verification is completed.
gol55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gol55 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are applied to any transaction.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the remitting account name does not match the gol55 Account holder name — are not accepted and will be returned to the originating account. gol55 reserves the right to delay crediting or to return any deposit where the source of funds cannot be verified. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your gol55 Account dashboard and are subject to change with notice.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process. gol55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during business hours (WIB, Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Complex requests or those requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. gol55 reserves the right to conduct additional KYC checks for withdrawals that exceed threshold amounts. Winnings derived from Bonus Balances that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. gol55 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rp 50.000 per calendar month to the Real Money Balance of inactive Accounts, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the notice period.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by gol55 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means you must place total qualifying bets of Rp 1.000.000 before the bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal). Bets placed on games or markets that are excluded from wagering requirement accumulation will not count toward the requirement.
All bonus credits and free bets have an expiry date, after which they will be automatically removed from your Account regardless of whether wagering requirements have been met. Expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms and are calculated from the date the bonus is credited to your Account, not the date the promotion was claimed.
gol55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Member's Account at the time of the modification will continue to be governed by the terms under which it was originally granted.
All bets placed on the gol55 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market type, as published in the gol55 Betting Rules documentation accessible within the platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification from gol55. gol55 reserves the right to decline or cancel any bet where a technical error, pricing error, or suspicious betting pattern is detected prior to settlement.

gol55 reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances: where the odds or market were published due to a manifest technical error; where a sporting event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules; where collusion, match-fixing, or other irregular activity relating to the event is credibly suspected; or where a Member has placed bets in violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gol55's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gol55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if gol55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gol55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. gol55 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
gol55 retains the right to share Member data with fraud prevention agencies, payment processors, KYC service providers, and law enforcement authorities where required by law or where necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its Members.
gol55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, gol55 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the registered address on your Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the gol55 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which gol55 holds its international gaming license. For Indonesian Members, these Terms are provided in English as the binding language of the agreement.
